We at North Bay Chevrolet-Buick realize and understand the effort and time that is generally involved in a vehicle purchase. Researching, Pricing and Negotiating usually consume a great deal of time, money and patience. We know you were sane when you started!
Because of the business practices employed by most of our competitors- Gimmick sales, using phrases like "Let me check with my manager" and "If you buy it today you can get if for--", "prices starting at–," and all the other games played to give you the opportunity to pay too much....
We pledge to give you the best and easiest way to shop, service and purchase or lease your next new or used vehicle!
Pricing FAQ
| Q: | How much is it going to cost me? |
| A: | ALL NEW VEHICLES will be priced at $100.00 under our invoice*, not MSRP.. The only exception is the Corvette. ALL USED VEHICLES are priced using an average of Kelley Blue Book’s "private party sale" and the NADA book used by the local banks.

| Q: | What’s my trade worth? |
| A: | Go to www.kbb.com and click on "average trade". At the last page, select "rate my car". Doing this will give you an excellent idea of what your vehicle is worth. Remember that valuations will change depending on the season. For example, in spring cars will typically worth more. Trucks and suv’s tend to be less when compared to KBB valuations. The reverse is generally true in the winter months.

| A: | That’s okay, we can order or locate the vehicle you’re looking for whether it be new or used!

| Q: | How do I obtain an accurate quote from you? |
| A: | Easy! Call, fax or e-mail one of our consultants and they will promptly get back to you with the pricing you requested and that’s it! We then urge you to shop and compare prices and be confident in the knowledge that we will not continually pester you.
